When should I make my booking?
As soon as you are sure about your dates to travel, you can make your reservation. During busy seasons like Summer, Christmas, Easter, Carnival etc, it would be better to book as early as possible.
Where are the passengers received after they arrive at the airport?
You will meet our representatives in front of the airport because government regulations don't allow hosts to enter the airport.
What do the passengers do if they fail to locate your representative? Is there an alternate method to contact your representative?
Travelers can ask any authority or a local for the All Seasons Travel staff, who is expected to guide them in that case.
Where will we be sleeping during the trek?
We will be sleeping in the hotels or in the tea houses. We won't sleep in tents.
What happens if I get sick?
If you get sick, our guide will take best care of you and ill take you to the hospital or find a medicine for you. But its hard to find hospitals and medicine in some remote areas so we advise you to bring some basic medicines with you.
Is it possible/easy to get equipment on hire?
Yes, it is possible to get the equipment on hire. We can help you with to arrange that.
Where to get trekking permits?
For most treks, Permits are needed. We can arrange the permit for our customers. In most of our trips the permit is included for you.
What are the list of Equipment do I need to bring?
A good sleeping bag, walking stick optional, frontal lamp or an electric torch, a self-inflating mattress, we advise you to bring it, Hiking shoes, sweater, fleece jacket, waterproof jacket preferably Gore-Tex, Good trousers, Gloves and cap, Sunglasses, Sun cream, water bottle etc are the necessary equipment you should bring with you.
Which time is good time to go to Nepal?
The good time to travel Nepal is September - December and February last week- June second weeks when the weather is best for trekking and other activities.

Is the country politically safe and stable?
Nepal is one of the new democratic countries in the world with many active political parties, ideas, ideologies and leaders. As such there might be some disturbances in some parts of the country. But it does not and will not affect the daily life of the residents in the other parts. Life moves on as usual, unperturbed.
